Kasih Sayang Operation Service Held in East Jakarta

East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department (Dukcapil) opens service of population document replacement for fire victims. The operation which is called with "Kasih Sayang Operation", operates with system of jemput bola (officer to take initiative service).

Head of East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department , Ahmad Faizal stated the service is similiar with jemput bola. The area which fire indicident happened will be reached using mobile operational cars of the sub-department. So, those victims whose population documents burnt can process it easily.

"We open mobile replacement service of burnt population documents such as ID Card, Family Card (KK), birth certificate. We allow those who want to apply the replacement which can be printed instantly," he stated, Monday (9/14).

According to him, the operation is a form of social service that begins with empathy to fire victims. "We're ready to go to refuge if there are victims. It's a form of empathy towards unfortunate people. We will give them simplicity in service," he expressed.

the sub-department has held the operation in RT 11/04, Kebon Manggis, Matraman. As a result, there are 15 ID Cards, 16 KKs and 12 birth certificates published.
