West Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department is about to plant 150 trees type Kamboja and trembesi around Daan Mogot Flat, Duri Kosambi Urban Village, West Jakarta.

Daan Mogot Flat is going to be a site for commemorating the World Diabetes Day

According to Euis Mulyawati, Head Section of Lane Manager, West Jakarta Park and Cemetery Sub-Department, tree planting is one of a series of World Diabetes Day event that slated on September 17 in Daan Mogot Flat.

“ Daan Mogot Flat is going to be a site for commemorating the World Diabetes Day . That's why we do arrangement, one of them is greening around the flat,” she uttered, Monday (9/14).

She details, those 150 trees consist of 100 trembesi and 50 Kamboja that would be planted on roadside, starting from the gate until inside flat. “The point is all flat sides will have green belt,” she stated.

Such event is scheduled to be attended by Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama.
