Public Complaint Via Smart City App Directly Tackled

About 15 categories of public aspirations via Smart City 'Qlue' application are filled with a lot of public complaints. Among them are traffic congestion, trash, school condition and water channel.

Within a minute complaint will well delivered to Urban Village He, the SKPD/UKPD will immediately follow up it

 

Head of Smart City Sub-Division, City Communication, Informatics and Public Relations Department, Syali Gestanon acknowledged that those complaints that absorbed by Smart City will directly be followed up through Regional Working Unit (SKPD/UKPD).

Besides that, another new application is data application. Through this application, the resident can directly access SKPD/UKPD data.

 

“If the SKPD/UKPD wants to upload their data via data.jakarta.go.id, just contact our department,” he stated.
