North Jakarta Administration and PT Jasa Marga will fence a land under Sedyatmo Toll Road, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, with guardrail in order to prevent illegal buildings.

She assessed, if the land is not fenced, illegal building will be rampant again.
"The toll road is not the government's asset. If there are many illegal buildings, it would trouble us to demolish them again," she assessed.
