"We have been using Qlue since January. It’s very helpful," said Head of Road Maintenance Section for North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-Department, Arif Faizal Ritonga, Thursday (9/17).

Ritonga told that since January-September, there are at least 534 complaints uploaded by citizens through the application
"But, there are still many complaints sent by citizens whose unclear address," he told.
He added that his party appeals citizen who sent complaint to the sub-department, to attach the complete address thus it could be followed-up.
