Fire Razed 14 Tenements in Warakas

As much as 14 tenements and 4 motorcycles were burned in the fire that occurred in Warakas, Block C, RT 12/14, Warakas Urban Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Friday (9/25), at around 9 AM.
The fire is triggered by an exploded gas stove from one of houses
“Local citizens were tried to put out the flames, but they failed due to lack of water and narrow alley,” said Rahmat (28) one of citizens, Friday (9/25).
Head of North Jakarta Rescue and Fire Handling Sub-Department, Satriadi Gunawan acknowledged that as many as 12 fire trucks were immediately sent to the scene, and managed to put out the flames one hour later.

There was no casualty reported in the incident, and the loss material is predicted reaching hundreds of millions rupiah. Temporarily, 12 households had to be evacuated in SDN 05 Warakas.
