“We depend on the Home Minister," he expressed.
To speed up the approval process, he had instructed Head of Regional Planning Agency (Bappeda), Tuty Kusumawati and Head of Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD), Heru Budi Hartono to follow the process set by Home Ministry.
"I told Mr. Heru and Mrs. Tuty to follow what they want,” he uttered.
He acknowledged that he did not know why APBD-P ratification takes a long time. Whereas, this matter was already submitted to Home Ministry on August 11. In APBD-P, there are some priorities that have been proposed, like Transjakarta Flyover construction (Kapten Tendean-Blok M-Ciledug), road-land acquisition, bridge, flyover and underpass in West Jakarta, East Jakarta and North Jakarta.
There are also land acquisition for flat at Jalan Ancol Barat, PIK complex, Penggilingan (North Jakarta) and Cengkareng (West Jakarta). It includes land acquisition for reservoir and parallel road in West Jakarta. The main work is more allocated on land acquisition and purchase.
The budget is formed if there is inappropriate development with assumption of APBD Policy, that is the occurrence of overshooting the projected revenues, public expenditures, financing sources and uses. It is in accordance with Government Regulation No. 58/2005 on Regional Financial Management and Regulation No. 13/2006 on Regional Financial Management Guidelines.
