Jakarta Dept. of City Cleanliness dismissed two freelancers of Cideng River working area, Central Jakarta. Those two freelancers are dismissed due to cut the other 15 freelancers' salary since January to September.

"Each 15 freelancers' salary was cut Rp 150 thousand per month during January-September," said Ali Maulana, Vice Head Dept. of City Cleanliness, Monday (9/28).

According to him, the case is uncovered after the freelancers reported via short message and whatsapp. Direct confirmation then done to them.

The modus is giving loan to freelancers for renting house. Unluckily, he did not know why the freelancers' ATM card is on those two suspects' hand.

"The salary cut was done for cooperative fee. In fact, there is no cooperative for freelancers," he added.

He appealed other freelancers to report if their salary is cut. "Please do not give your ATM card to others," he disclosed.
