110 Toddlers Got Health Service in Posyandu

The Dahlia Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) in RW 09, Kebon Bawang Urban Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, intensified the health service towards 110 toddlers. Of that number, 30 toddlers of them were immunized and their teeth examined.

Posyandu is spearhead in serving mothers and toddlers based citizen

Kebon Bawang Urban Village Head, Muhammad Muzakir stated that the service intensifying aimed to anticipate the case of malnourished toddlers  in his area.

" Posyandu is spearhead in serving mothers and toddlers based citizen. Hence, for preventing malnourished toddlers in this area, so Dahlia Posyandu is intensified ," he stated, Monday (9/28).

Posyandu Now Provides Services for Diabetes Patients

He hopes mothers in his area could use the posyandu to monitor children growth as stages of age.

"Besides that, it's also as effort of early detection when baby and toddlers suffering serious illness could be immediately referred to Community Health Center or the closest hospital," he closed.
