Culinary Festival to Brighten Up Seribu Islands on October 1

Starting this Thursday (10/1), the Seribu Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-Department is scheduled to kick off Culinary Festival.

" We will invite 100 food vendors and catering owners ," said Head of Seribu Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-Department, Irfal Guci, Tuesday (9/29). 

According to Guci, the training material does not only for processing healthy food. But there are also tips how to develop skill and management of culinary business.

"There are also tips to develop their business. We're assisted by college students of culinary from one of private university in Jakarta and professional chefs," he explained. 

He disclosed that by so, guests and customers would be confused anymore choosing food as there are menu packets as sold by fancy restaurants. "We hope it could be a part of culinary tour," he disclosed.
