Head of Menteng Sub-District, Lilik Yuli Handayani asserted that the freelancer (PHL) wage under Menteng Sub-District was already been paid in accordance the procedure. Its payment was through DKI Bank.

“We paid the freelancers through Bank DKI,” she said, Thursday (10/1).
She stated that there are 8 freelancers working under Head of Sub-General Section. The wage is always paid in early month.

Handayani added that those freelancers work with picket system. The work itself includes cleaning park and building.
