Jakarta Dept. of City Parks and Cemeteries keeps accelerating the trees planting in order to widen the green open space (RTH) in several roads and flat.
The effort was done two weeks ago
Ratna Diah Kurniati, head of the agency, said the planting keeps conducting to create a green Jakarta.
"About 100 trees of ketapang kencana, pule and kamboja bali were already planted on Jalan Cengkeh, Kota Tua," she said, Thursday (10/1).

"The effort was done two weeks ago," she continued.
According to her, green lane improvement was also done along Jalan Hayam Wuruk and Gajah MAda, West Jakarta, and Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
"Trees pruning also applied for trees covering traffic sign," she disclosed.
