PD Pasar Jaya Focusing on Cleaning Burnt Kiosks in Kebon Melati Market

PD Pasar Jaya is focusing on cleaning the location of kiosks burnt in Kebon Melati Pasar, Sunday dawn (10/11).

"For now, we're cleaning the area which is not installed with police line. We're involving the local administration to help cleaning the debrises," said Public Relation Manager of PD Pasar Jaya, Agus Lamun, Sunday (10/11).

According to him, after the location is clean, his side will start building the temporary accomodation. "We will build the temporary accomodation soon, so the vendors could sell again," he told.

He explained, 136 out of 403 kiosks were burnt and most of them are in Block B of Pasar Kebon Melati.

"We inventory whether in Block A could be used to accomodate the vendors or not. If not, we will look for another location," he disclosed.
