Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat believes absoprtion of 2015 City Budget (APBD) is higher than last year with percentage between 70-75 percent.

With budget absorption last Septmber, this year's budget will be higher about 1 percent compared to September 2014. “I optimistic budget absorption this year will be higher than last year,” he said at City Hall, Tuesday (10/13).
Up to September 2015, its absorption has been running by 30 percent or higher 1 percent compared to last year, which was 29 percent. “Compared to last year, there is an increase by 1 percent,” he stated.
