As many as 186 students ranging from Elementary School (SD) until Senior High School (SMA) are participating in batik making competition held by North Jakarta Family Planning, Women and Community Empowerment Office (BPMPKB).
Besides conserving culture, the event is also for realizing North Jakarta as child-friendly city
The competition which takes place in Sungai Bambu Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), Tanjung Priok, purposed to conserve batik as nation culture.
