Toilet condition on the ground floor of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department Building located Jalan Berdikari 2, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Koja, complained by visitors.

"2 out of 3 urinoirs are covered by cardboard due to clogged. So visitors have to make a queue to take a pee," complained Rusman (23), one of the visitors, Friday (10/9).

He hopes those broken toilet to be repaired immediately. Besides that, the faucet is also broken.

Head of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Erik Polim Sinurat admitted some toilet facilities in his building are broken. It has been going for 2 weeks.

"There is a stone in the pipe. So it has to be dismantled first so that it could be used again," he explained.

However, he promises to repair it immediately."Sometimes, there are also visitors disposing cigarette butt or tissue carelessly. It also causes the pipe clogged.
