As many as 460 tons of trashes are transported from illegal Waste Disposal Site (TPS) in the empty land on Jalan Koramil, Rawa Badak Selatan Urban Village, Koja, North Jakarta.

Head of North Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department, Bondan Diah Ekowati stated, those trashes transported by Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers and freelancers was conducted in three weeks.

"It was conducted in 3 weeks with 115 rits of trucks ," she stated, Monday (10/19).
The cleaning was a follow-up of citizens’ complaint about trash piles in the illegal TPS.
"So, we accelerate to clean the area before rainy season comes. It is targeted to be done next week. Hopefully, local residents would not dispose trash in the area anymore yet in TPS we provided in RW 09," she asserted.
Next, she added, the whole trashes were disposed to Bantar Gebang Waste Disposal Site, Bekasi, West Java.
