School Bus Prioritized to Serve Flat Occupants

Jakarta City Administration is going to re-arrange school bus route in the upcoming 2016. As planned, the arrangement will also be served the flats occupant in Jakarta.
We’ll re-route the destination next year to attract more students
Generally, Jakarta Transportation Department has 130 fleets of school bus, with details, 95 big-sized buses and 35 small-sized buses. They serve 15 routes in 5 municipalities.

Head of Jakarta Transportation Department, Andri Yansyah acknowledged the arrangement is done for operational effectiveness in attracting students to ride free bus provided by City Administration.
“We’ll re-route the destination next year to attract more students,” he expressed, Monday (11/2).
Yansyah added that his side is still discussing new route for school bus. Later on, the buses (especially the small one) would be directed to reach areas that previously have not passed by school bus.
“Especially flat area, we’ll do mapping,” he stated.
