Ahok disclosed, the street passed dump truck is owned by the country. It can be used by all people. "In Jakarta, the vehicle with number plat F can enter. They often carry chicken, fish, etc. So, what is the problem?," he stressed.

According to him, if the issue is the compensation of stinking rubbish, he will be willing to provide financial aid to the Bogor Regency Government in the form of grants. Yet the programs must be clear and also beneficial for the city. "I said if you propose fund up to Rp 1 trillion, we will give it, as long as it makes sense and has relationship with Jakarta," he said.

Former Regent of East Belitung admitted, such case would lead to trash piles. Considering, its disposal towards Bantargebang Landfill will stagnant.

"We have sent a letter to the police," he asserted.
