Due to illegal parking, as much as 938 vehicles have been netted during a raid initiated by Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department. The raid is conducted in some illegal parking-prone areas, such as Tanah Abang and Roxy.

“Most vehicles are netted in Tanah Abang and Roxy,” said Aji Kumala, Head of Controlling and Monitoring Section for Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Tue sday (11/10).

Kumala mentioned the detailed of netted vehicles are 110 vehicles ticketed, 47 cars and 774 motorcycles’ tire valve removed, and 4 others towed, and 3 other vehicles stopped its operation.

“Violation number remains high. We must fight for it that’s why we keep controlling until residents do really aware about the essential of complying the rules,” he concluded.
