Flood Anticipation, Tens of Heavy Equipments Intensified in Jakarta

About 35 heavy equipments will be sent to pick up trash piles in the river and dam that spread at some points, Jakarta.

Head of Jakarta Cleanliness Department, Isnawa Adji detailed those equipments will be spread in Kalibata bridge (East Jakarta), East Flood Canal (KBT) Jembatan Besi nearby Season City Mal (West Jakarta) and Perintis Kemerdekaan (East Jakarta).

“We have tens of heavy equipments type spider, amphibian and dredefing ponton, where they are ready to pick up trash. This week, they have been alerted in sluice gates that prone to trash piles,” he said, Wednesday (11/11).

He is also ready to help local residents who need his sub-department's assistance.
