1,200 Stalls Netted Along January-October

Along January-October, West Jakarta Satpol PP managed to control 1,200 street vendors’s stalls spread in 8 sub-districts.

Head of West Jakarta Satpol PP, Kadiman Sitinjak acknowledged his officer has confiscated vendor's merchandises and then brought to Satpol PP’s warehouse in Cakung, East Jakarta and Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.

“ We managed to control 1.200 stalls from 400 times of raid. Most of them are food and clothing sellers ,” he expressed, Thursday (11/12).

Tens of Fruit Stalls in Krendang Demolished

With 600 personnel, Sitinjak added, his side had difficulties to reach the whole area, especially in Kota Tua. Because, there are 1,500 street vendors.
