Jakarta Technical Management Unit (UPT) of Parking for Dept. of Transportation asked PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) preparing parking lot in each station and shed.

Sunardi Sinaga, UPT's head, said that the parking lot must be designed from now to avoid new problem.

According to him, the shed at Fatmawati will be full with passengers since the area is close with Tangerang. Adequate parking lot must be prepared.
"Park and ride is needed to anticipate the movement from private to public transport. The width could be adjusted with the passenger number in every station or shed," he disclosed.
