He acknowledged, for those who already have KIP, prohibited to receive KJP and vice versa.

"Those who cannot be reached by KJP, which is still in need, that is what will get KIP," said Djarot, when he attended the handover of Ceremonial Decree for 2015 Indonesia Pintar and Disbursement Socialization in Otista Sport Hall, Jatinegara, Sunday (11/15).

Djarot judged, the benchmark for the success of parents to educate children is when children are smarter than their parents.

"The children nowadays are smarter than us. Because we good educating them. But if not, it means we are not good parents," he stressed.

He continued, he is now serving as Jakarta Vice Governor because it is support from his parents.

"I could be like this, not because I was smart, but because of my parents who educate me," he expressed.

Through KJP and KIP, the parents should actually educate their children so there will be a smart young generation.
