Online Queueing will Be Applied in Puskesmas in North Jakarta

A queuing online system will be applied in whole community health center (puskesmas) in North Jakarta. Its work patterns is by ordering queue number that is connected to the Internet.

This queuing online system in Penjaringan Sub-District Puskesmas will be a pilot project

The system is being tested at the Penjaringan SUb-district Puskesmas.

"This queuing online system in Penjaringan Sub-District Puskesmas will be a pilot project. We deliberately chose it due to majority of its citizens entrepreneurial," said Head of North Jakarta Health Center Sub-Dept, Bambang Suheri, Tuesday (11/17).

Rehabilitation For 4 Urban Village Puskesmas Accelerated

He assessed, many residents were forced to close down their business in advance when they go to the puskesmas for treatment. With this system, they can directly process registration from their residence.

Further, it has been ongoing since last early October. It formed when Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama, inaugurated the barcode system that has been running in Koja General Hospital some time ago.

"I think it was successful in reducing the queues of visitors at the hospital. And now the system is applied at the puskesmas," he expressed.

He added, the level of citizen satisfaction with the system reaches 25 percent of the total 1,100 visitors.
