Based on Beritajakarta.com's observation, many kinds of trash look pilling up on the river located in RT 06/02 .

Rian (25), one of the locals, said that since dry season the river condition had already been strewn with trash and sediment.

"I hope it to get cleaned immediately," he hoped, Thursday (11/19).

Deputy Head of Jakarta Cleanliness Department, Ali Maulana Hakim stated that his side is still focusing on cleaning woods in rivers in Jakarta such as Manggarai, Krukut, and Kalibata. But, cleaning Ciliwung river is still programmed.

"So far we have been working on it even just manually since the heavy equipment can't get in. But it's going to be cleaned soon," he explained.
