20 Schools will Hold Computer Based National Exam

As many as 20 schools comprising 10 Vocational High Schools (SMK) and 10 Senior High Schools (SMA) in East Jakarta zone 2, will hold an online computer-based test.

For its preparation, the school headmaster underwent guidance about technical exam questions on computer-based test in SMKN 51 Bambu Apus, East Jakarta.

Head of East Jakarta Education Sub-Department Region 2, Ungkadi said guidance is about software training contains tests such as Indonesian, English Language, Mathematics and skill sector program.

"As many as 20 schools of SMA and SMK will participate in the test. Its number is increasing than last year, which was three schools," he expressed, Thursday (11/19).

He disclosed, such guidance will be continued with the test in 20 schools with the assistance of the Indonesian Education Institute of America (LPIA), which falls on December 2-9.

There are some schools have applied the computer test. They are SMKN 10, 22, 24, 51, 58 and 52, as well as SMK PKP 1, SMK Sudirman and SMK Prestasi Prima.

SMKN 51 Headmaster, Idawati added, the guidance is very important for teachers. Then they can deliver it to students.

"2 teachers in our school underwent the guidance. They trained how to draft exam questions. We will try to hold try out at least five to six times. By so, students are hoped able to get satisfactory score," she hoped.
