Indonesia Cerdas Program Launched In Seribu Islands

Bank Indonesia Representative of Jakarta responded the instruction of Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) who wants companies to support development of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) in Jakarta.

We have met the governor for several times. He suggested encouraging companies supporting RPTRA as social function

 

Head of Representative of Bank Indonesia Jakarta, Doni P Joewono stated that his side launched Indonesia Cerdas program for children in Seribu Islands.

"We have met the governor for several times. He suggested encouraging companies supporting RPTRA as social function," he stated, Tuesday (11/24).

 

He told, in Amiterdam RPTRA, Untung Jawa Island, the program is given to stimulate children's motoric well thus produce intelligence for them.

 

"Our job is certainly controlling inflation yet there is empowerment program as a form of dedication to citizens," he expressed.

 

Previously, Bank Indonesia Representative of Jakarta has conducted guidance and monitoring towards potential for running economic and food security in Seribu Islands. Various aid are given, including fish seeds and equipments for RPTRA.
