CKTRP Agency Seals Three Buildings Without SLF

The Jakarta Human Settlements, Spatial Planning, and Land (DCKTRP) Agency sealed three buildings that lacked a Certificate of Functional Feasibility (SLF).The three buildings are the West Point Apartment in West Jakarta, Simprug Teras Condominium in South Jakarta, and Grand Tjokro Hotel in West Jakarta.
