Central Jakarta Admin Inspects Public Services in Serdang

The Central Jakarta City administration conducted a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of public services at the Serdang Urban Village Office.This activity was carried out to assess the performance of services and administration provided by the urban village for its residents.Central Jakarta Personnel, Administration, and Public Services Head, Eko Suroyo, said the visit aimed to guarantee service standards and enhance the response to public complaints, both in person and through social media channels.
