Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has announced plans to conduct weather modification operations (OMC) from October 22 to 23, 2026, to ensure the smooth execution of the Jakarta Running Festival (JRF) 2026 and Kanye West's upcoming concert.He made the statement after releasing a group of mosque caretakers (marbot) and MTQ champions departing for their Umrah pilgrimage at City Hall.
