508 Buildings in N. Jakarta Sealed

Throughout 2015  January – November, about 675 buildings in North Jakarta are given warning letter (SP).

From total 675 buildings, 508 of them have been sealed due to ignored our warning

“From total 675 buildings, 508 of them have been sealed due to ignored our warning,” said Head of North Jakarta City Spatial Sub Department, Monggur Siahaan, Thursday (11/26).

Though it had been sealed, another chance still given for building owners to process building designation license. “Among of them, we issue warrant demolishment letter (SPB) against 398 buildings,” he uttered.

Siahaan added, buildings given SPB are not entirely demolished due to the owner processing it immediately while others take legal process. “89 buildings had legal process yet 152 buildings still on license processing,” he expressed.

In addition, the entirely tens of buildings proposed to court are declared guilty. “The amount of confiscated buildings reaching Rp 287,600,000,” he exclaimed.

Unluckily, his side has no any data of controlled buildings in last year.
