Having No IMB, A Building in Kali Age Island Sealed

A building in Kali Age Island, North Seribu Island was controlled due to having no building permit (IMB).

Actually Mr. Surya Paloh has instructed his management to process the permit but it got ignored

"There is a building in Kali Age Island being constructed yet having no IMB. That's we sealed not the island. Actually Mr. Surya Paloh has instructed his management to process the permit but it got ignored," said Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo, Saturday (10/31).

According to him, his side routinely conduct monitoring and sudden inspection against troubled buildings especially from residents' report . Not only in the island but also in other islands that have troubled buildings.

Violating IMB, A Four-Story Building Demolished

"Besides that, reclamation permit also keeps being supervised tightly," he told.

Based on the government's data, during October, there have been 11 buildings recorded in form of homestay, resort and other buildings sealed. As for the 19 other buildings are warned.
