Jakarta Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD)
is about to launch based android application named Jakarta Flood Information
Platform (JAFIP) and Jakarta Map version 2.0.
Such application offers interactive information over twitter user as well as integrated with Jakarta Smart City
Head of Information and Control for Jakarta BPBD,
Bambang Surya Putra uttered that
residents can participate interactively to provide information regarding puddle
through social media.
“Such application

Operational Controlling Center (Pusdalops) for
Jakarta Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) along with providers company
will boost the capability of Disaster Alert Call Center capacity, E-one. Thus
the number of operators can increase to 100 lines to accommodate more public
complaints.
“In case of emergency, it can be promptly
informed,” he uttered.
Putra added, whole BPBD staffers, KPBK and
volunteers can be operator in case of any extra help needed.
“Call center technology eases us,” he closed.
