Next Year, 26 JPOs will Be Revitalized

About 26 pedestrian bridges (JPO) will be revitalized by Jakarta Provincial Government next year.

As for example, pedestrian bridge in Kuningan will be extended up to KPK building

Andri Yansyah, Jakarta Head Dept. of Transportation, said the budget for this project is not taken from city budget, but developer.

"The proposal has been delivered to regional secretary for development (Asbang), he said, Thursday (11/26).

According to him, his side will improve the bridge by extending the existing length.

"As for example, pedestrian bridge in Kuningan will be extended up to KPK building," he added.

The 26 pedestrian bridges (JPO) to be revitalized are  JPO Busway Polda, JPO Poncol, JPO Keramat Jati, JPO Kampung Melayu, JPO Gambir, JPO Patung Kuda, JPO Pasar Mester, JPO Robinson Pasar Minggu, JPO East Jakarta Resort Police, JPO Jalan Suryapronoto, JPO MT Haryono in front of Gelael, JPO Keramat Raya, JPO Pelni.

Next are JPO Jalan Daan Mogot near Terminal Kalideres, JPO Jalan Daan Mogot near West Jakarta Immigration, JPO Askes Pengadilan Tinggi Central Jakarta, JPO Pasar Enjo, JPO regular bus shelter or Selasar, JPO Sentra Primer Timur, JPO Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, JPO Pramuka, JPO Mampang, JPO Jalan Tentara Pelajar, JPO Waduk Pluit and JPO Kebayoran Lama.
