Free sex behaviour in student circles is getting worrying. Hence, the voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) related to HIV/AIDS needs to be intensified for students.

City Secretary's Assistant for Community Welfare, Fatahilah stated currently, HIV/AIDS contagion has been existed in student circles. Because many of them have started doing free sex.

"For students in Jakarta please stop free sex, as it will decrease HIV contagion number in Jakarta," he said, when he represented Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama in the commemoration of World HIV Day, at Suropati Park, Central Jakarta, Sunday (11/29).

Meanwhile, Secretary of Jakarta AIDS Handling Commission, Rohana Manggala disclosed the contagion in Jakarta now is different with the previous year. This year, it is mostly done by free sex than injection.
