East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana regretted the condition of a number of damage schools in East Jakarta which have never repaired yet.

“Education Dept. was supposed to concern about that. How come they didn’t prioritize it,” he wondered, Monday (11/30).
The schools are SMPN 97, SMP 7, SDN 11 Pagi in
Matraman Sub District. SDN 11 and 12 in Kramatjati Sub District and SDN 14
Malaka Sari, Duren Sawit.
“Head dept also sub dept were supposed to set
school rehabilitation program against those damage schools,” he exclaimed.
Musyawardhana added that his side collaborate
with Urban Development Planning Office (Kapenko) to urge East Jakarta
Education Sub Department to prioritize school renovation program.
“The domain target must touch elementary (SD) to Senior High School (SMA) level,” he
asserted.
