Sweeping of KUA-PPAS 2016, Saves Budget Rp 4,15 Trillion

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama claimed succeeds to save Rp 4,15 trillion. The amount of money was obtained after sweeping the General Policy for City Budget Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS) 2016 during 11 days. 

It's successfully saved up to Rp 4,15 trillion

"It's successfully saved up to Rp 4,15 trillion," said Ahok at City Hall, Monday night (11/30). 

From the sweeping obtained Rp 6,4 trillion. Of the number as much as Rp 2,2 trillion are similar programs and its nomenclature is joined to be one. As for the saving is amounted to Rp 4,15 trillion.

He mentioned the budget is allocated for some programs which are more useful. Including flat construction, heavy equipment purchase for Bina Marga Department, and freelancers and Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) salary. 

"We allocate it for everything. For example to increase PHL/PPSU's salary from Rp 2,7 million to be Rp 3,1 million in accordance to UMP next year. It's also for goods purchase in Sub-District's PU and housing," he explained. 

According to him, the most budget saved is from Jakarta Tourism and Culture Department. Ahok cut various budget for festival. One festival is budgeted amounted to Rp 10 billion. "Most of budget saved from Tourism Department," he disclosed.
