1,500 DWP Members Ready to Enliven Marunda Fun Walk

Thousands of Jakarta Dharma Wanita Association (DWP) members are going to participate in DWP Fun Walk event on the upcoming Satuday (12/5). The event which is held on East Flood Canal Inspection Road, Marunda, North Jakarta is the series activity of 16th DWP's Anniversary.
As a form of environment caring, we're also going to plant moringa trees along the canal
Besides leisurely walking, the members will also hold low-price grocery bazaar. As many as 200 packages of groceries such as rice, cooking oil, can milk and instant noodles will be sold to residents with price Rp 20,000 per packages.
Head of Jakarta Dharma Wanita Association (DWP), Rusmiati Saefullah stated that the event implementation is cooperating with Jakarta Sport and Youth Department. At least, there will be 1,500 members participating in the event.

She hopes the event could strengthen hospitality among the members. "By planting the trees, it is hoped could raise members awareness to do greening," she hoped.
