Central Jakarta Administration was visited by Legislative Council (DPRD) members of South Tapanuli, North Sumatera. It was working visit for learning about city, street vendors and parks arrangement.

According to him, the related Regional Working Unit (UKPD) gave explanation regarding the material which want to be learned by the legislative. And before observing to the field directly, the legislatives representative handed in a souvenir to Mangara.
