3 Road Segments in Rawa Badak Selatan Improved

Three road segments in Rawa Badak Selatan Urban Village, Koja, North Jakarta are repaired. It is hoped the road repair will eliminate puddle in the hole.

Those three road segments are Jalan Ratna Madu I, II, and III. The roads have never been repair for 20 years.

"Road condition endangered the rider. There were three riders fell down due to hole," said Syamsiah (50), one of the residents, Thursday (12/3).

Dredging & Reparation of Road must Be Optimized

Meanwhile, Arif Faizal, North Jakarta Head Section of Road Maintenance for Sub-dept. of Bina Marga, admitted that the road repair for those three roads have different types.

Jalan Ratna Madu I and Ratna Madu III are asphalted along 40 meters, while Jalan Ratna Madu II is only heightened.

"Jalan Ratna Madu III is heightened by 40 cm. It is hoped the project could be done in a week," he uttered.
