Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Department is ready to apply flat information system application in 22 flats in the capital.
Of the 22 flats, the information system was been applied in 4 flats
"Of the 22 flats, the information system was been applied in 4 flats (Cipinang Muara, Kapuk Muara, Cakung Barat and Tambora). Hopefully, it could be applied in whole flats soon,” said Ika Lestari Adji, Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Department, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/8).
Basuki Launched Flat Information System AppIka is optimistic every flat can already apply the system in 2016.
She explains the system was launched to anticipate illegal flat transaction or mafia flat, which is by cheating on agreement letter.
“Along with Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Department and Bank DKI, we can anticipate the mafia flat. Even, we can eliminate it up to zero,” she stressed.
By doing so, she added, flat administration will be more orderly and transparent, starting from registration, validation, implementation and monitoring, as well as management of facility and infrastructure.
