Qlue application is apparently really used by residents to complaint about various problems regarding public service in the city.  Particularly in Pademangan Barat Urban Village, Pademangan, North Jakarta, most of the complaint are about malfunctioned water channels and street lights.

For clogged channel, we respond it by deploying Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers

Pademangan Barat Urban Village Head, Roytho Harahap stated that the complaints are about clogged channel and malfunctioned street lights, evenly 2-3 reports a day.

"For clogged channel, we respond it by deploying Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers," Harahap stated, Monday (12/14).

Regarding technical thing, like malfunctioned street lights, it is because the minimum human resource, then his side directly follow it up to North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department.

He added, to monitor and respond residents report via Qlue, the urban village has a special team as many as 5 person consisting of PPSU and Satpol PP personnel.
