Internet Network Changes, Cilvil Registration Service in N. Jakarta Disturbed

The service of population document in North Jakarta seemed face network trouble ranging from urban village to city due to internet network changes.

We use two networks, which are from City Administration and Home Ministry

Erik Polim Sinurat, Head of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department said network changes occurred in the network belongs to City Administration and Home Ministry.

“ We use two networks, which are from City Administration and Home Ministry ,” he stated, Monday (12/14).

Sinurat acknowledged network changes managed by City Administration is from MPLS to Fiber Optiki (FO).

“While network changes in Home Ministry, is from its vendor,” he stressed.

He assessed, another cause is due to error devices. The device in question is Wide Are Network (WAN) and also local network (LAN).

“That is why we hope this problem could be tackled immediately,” he closed.
