150 Workers in W. Jakarta Complained for Lay Off Experience

Head of West Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department stated a number of 150 employees from varied profession in West Jakarta complained for experiencing termination of employment (PHK) in their respective offices.

We have 8 mediators who are responsible to mediate conflict between company and worker

“Around 150 employees were laid off within a year with varied cases,” he expressed, Wednesday (12/16).

3-4 Unilateral PHK Cases Reported Every Month

Suhari continued to follow up on reports of complaints layoffs after the assessment of mediator team.

“We have 8 mediators who are responsible to mediate conflict between company and worker,” he finished.
