About 62 illegal buildings standing above water channel at Jalan Tanah Pasir, RW 07, Penjaringan Urban Village, North Jakarta were demolished on Thursday (12/17).
PPSU personnel directly cleaned the debris and cleaned the channel
The demolishment involved 100 joint personnel from Satpol PP and PPSU. It must be done since the buildings violated the Bylaw No. 8/2007 on Public Order. Moreover, the buildings also covered the water channel.
