Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama was disappointed with the performance of headmen whose area has rotten chicken shelters. The neighborhood management ranging from sub-district head until RT/RW must know the resident and residential condition.

Meanwhile, Mayor of East Jakarta, Bambang Musyawardhana added, rotten chicken distribution keeps being suppressed as maximal as possible. Everyday, East Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-Department keeps raiding some chicken slaughterhouses.

"We've been appealing RT/RW a long before to help intensifying supervision on field. If find rotten chickens misused, report it and we'll process as the applicable laws," he asserted.

On last Monday (12/14), police raided warehouse and processing place of rotten chicken in Cakung, East Jakarta. Those tens kilograms of rotten chickens were confiscated from the owner claimed had been operating for 7 months.
