Basuki Assured Pluit JLNT Construction Won't Violate RTRW

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama assured the construction of Pluit Non-Toll Flyover will not violate the Spatial Planning (RTRW) bylaw.

He acknowledged that formerly the location was road trace. To make it more useful then the flyover is built. "But it will be elevated so that it can get up to toll," he explained.

He also claimed that Spatial Planning Bylaw can be revised before 5 years.

"It can be revised before 5 years, as long as it's needed," he expressed.

As known, Pluit residents incorporated in Pluit Residents Forum refused the flyover construction plan. Because it is not in accordance with the spatial planning determined by the government.
