"I hope Jakartans can obey five orderly," he said, at City Hall, Thursday (12/31).
Those five orderly are residential, street vendors, demonstration, traffic and garbage. In addition, he also hoped other rules must also be obeyed, such as tax payment.

According to him, if they obey the rules, Jakarta will be more orderly. He cited, if all citizens orderly dispose trash, the capital will be cleaner.

Basuki acknowledged, he was surprised by Jakarta residents who are still throwing trash in the river. Whereas, his party has prepared the temporary waste disposal site (TPS). "In the river, do not waste haphazardly. I hope Jakarta could be orderly in future," he disclosed.
Besides traffic rules, he hoped there is no more riders doing contra flow. For residential, the flat construction is expected to be smooth.
"Next year, the flat occupants can ride Transjakarta bus freely as motorcycle purchase anticipation," he uttered.
While the health sector, he targeted every 1,250 residents in Jakarta can be served by one doctor, one nurse and one midwife next year.
"Then for health and education, we hope fund misuse case in Jakarta Smart Card could be prevented. This is just aid for children you know," he finished.
