Pejabat Baru Harus Lebih Berani

New Officials must Be Brave

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama is scheduled to induct hundreds of officials under Jakarta Provincial Government this afternoon, Friday (8/1). It is expected, the new officials can be more daring in action and make decisions.

We choose officials who dared in all respects

"We choose officials who dared in all respects. For more litigation," expressed Basuki, at City Hall, Friday (1/8).

He admitted, approaching the end of his leadership in 2017, he wanted to be faster in many ways. Thus the officials who are far from his expectation will immediately be replaced.

Basuki Inaugurated 16 Echelon III & IV Officials

"This is like playing a football, if there is slow player, he/she will be replaced. We just want the officials who work fast," he stressed.

In the current reshuffle, he will not replace echelon II officials due to good performance. But some already entered retirement period, nevertheless there will be echelon II officials who will be inducted to replace them.

One of them who will be inducted is for post of Head of Law Bureau, and Head of Education Department. Because the old head, Arie Budhiman was inducted as Expert Staff for Ministry of Education and Culture for Character Development Division.
